Return & Refund Policy:
Leasetaurant strives to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary, and we have established the following return policy guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility:
• Non-customized items can be returned based on their size and weight.
• Items not exceeding 50lbs can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Equipment exceeding 50lbs can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Restocking Fees:
• Please note that a restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock.
• Returns for items under 50lbs will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Returns for equipment over 50lbs will incur a 30% restocking fee.
3. Return Conditions for Commercial Customers:
• Items Under 50lbs: Must be returned unused and in the original packaging. These returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Equipment Over 50lbs: Must be returned in the original, unopened package, and unused condition they were shipped in, including the pallet. These returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
4. Return Credit Process:
• A return credit will be issued via check upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s). The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due.
• Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase or processing will not be credited along with the return.
5. Shipping and Handling:
• The customer is responsible for securing a shipping agent to return the merchandise, along with all shipping fees incurred.
6. Special Ordered Products:
• Any special ordered products or products shipped directly from any manufacturer must be addressed by our Customer Returns Department.

Fulfillment & Delivery Policy:
At Leasetaurant, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience for our customers. Please review the following information regarding the delivery process and your responsibilities:
1. Delivery Method
• Your order will be delivered curbside on a full-size 18-wheeler.
2. Customer Responsibilities:
• Bringing the delivered items into your location is your responsibility.
• It is crucial to inspect the product for any damaged or missing items BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
• Please make a note of any observed damage or missing parts on the carrier's delivery receipt.
• If you receive damaged products, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM.
• Failure to report any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt may result in a loss of compensation for such issues. By signing the delivery receipt without indicating these exceptions, you acknowledge that you have received the shipment in an acceptable condition.
3. Owner's Involvement:
• We advise the owner or responsible party to personally receive and inspect the deliveries to ensure they meet their standards.
4. Reporting Damaged or Missing Items:
• If any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing, follow these steps:
• Clearly note the issues on the delivery receipt before signing (e.g., "missing 3 pieces," "holes in packaging," "multiple dents on table," etc.).
• If the driver does not allow you to inspect the unit, when signing for the shipment write: “Pending Inspection, Driver couldn’t wait”
• Retain your copy of the delivery receipt.
• Contact us within 1 business day to report the damage or missing items.
• Preserve the damaged packing materials for further inspection, if required.
• Take photographs of the damaged items and their packaging.
